FOX Rehabilitation in Malden, MA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one in-home and senior living care, improving mobility and independence through our Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll assess, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy, documenting in our EMR and collaborating with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to support aging in place.

You will have autonomy over your treatment calendar, with flexible scheduling and optional telehealth to extend access

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
