Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a flexible/PRN position in Kyle-Buda, TX. You will provide functional rehabilitation in real-life settings and work collaboratively with a team of therapists. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment plan development, and ongoing patient assessments. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, current CPR Certification, and ideally one year of relevant experience. The position offers paid hourly, with reimbursement for drive time and mileage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for safety.
• Communicate patient needs to the treatment team and family.
