Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neurorehabilitation, affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for a flexible/PRN role in Kyle-Buda, TX. You’ll evaluate to discharge, provide real-life functional rehab, and work autonomously within a collaborative therapy team.

The position emphasizes 1:1 in-person therapy, with documentation done remotely, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth and additional education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
