Prava-Therapy in the Chicago area is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy with an orthopedic focus. You can work in our outpatient clinic, visit patients in their homes, or mix both, offering autonomy to tailor a caseload.

This role emphasizes independent practice with support from a clinical and administrative team, flexible scheduling, and minimal admin burden, plus modern AI-enabled EMR and scheduling tools.

Qualificações

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care.
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized outpatient physical or occupational therapy services with a focus in orthopedics.
• Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes.
• Complete documentation using an intuitive, AI forward electronic medical record (EMR).
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Manage your own schedule and geographic territory.
