Job summary

Prava Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy with flexibility to work in our clinic, via mobile visits, or a mix. The role supports building a specialized OT program and offers autonomy within a collaborative team.

You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based plans, and deliver focused, functional sessions while using an AI-forward EMR and maintaining strong communication with patients and physicians. Hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in IL
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services. You'll have the flexibility to provide care in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both. What You'll Do
