Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Business Manager- Autonomous Operations in the MPX group. You will lead a team of 6 direct reports building the digital thread from edge to cloud and coordinate across segments, delivering end-to-end interoperability. Hybrid work from Milwaukee HQ or Mayfield Heights, OH.

The role emphasizes strategy, business cases, market insights, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and portfolio impact in manufacturing technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Autonomous Operations vision, strategy, plan, and roadmap.
• Build and execute clear, return-focused business cases for growth and investment.
• Guide investment decisions using VOC, market trends, and competitive intel.
• Prioritize high-impact use cases across the portfolio.
• Deliver measurable results for growth, satisfaction, and ROI.
