Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Business Manager for FactoryTalk MES in the Manufacturing Performance Excellence group. You will lead a team of 3-4 and define the growth strategy for FactoryTalk MES, guiding investments, roadmap, and portfolio modernization.

You will report to the VP/GM and operate in a hybrid schedule from Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights, OH, shaping secure, AI-ready architectures and long-term value for global manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, industrial software, SaaS, MES or related software businesses.
• Experience growing and transforming software portfolios, including recurring revenue and business model evolution.
• Experience leading VOC programs, advisory boards, and direct engagement with strategic accounts.
• Experience with P&L ownership, investment planning, commercialization, pricing, and go-to-market experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Management organization with clear accountability for strategy, execution, and results.
• Foster collaboration across Product Management, Industry Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Lead portfolio growth, modernization, and long-term evolution.
• Develop operating mechanisms that connect portfolio strategy with industry expertise and sales priorities.
• Drive customer adoption of current releases through innovation strategies and lifecycle policies.
