Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Business Manager- Autonomous Operations in the Manufacturing Performance Excellence group. You will lead a 6‑person team responsible for the digital thread from edge to cloud and drive interoperability across portfolio solutions.

The role reports to the VP/GM, MPX, with a hybrid work model from Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights, OH. Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of leadership in industrial software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in industrial/software environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vision, strategy, business plan, roadmap, and delivery for Autonomous Operations.
• Build and execute clear business cases for growth and investment.
• Guide investment decisions using VOC, market trends, and industry requirements.
• Prioritize high‑impact use cases across the portfolio.
• Deliver measurable growth, customer satisfaction, and portfolio interoperability.
