Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Business Manager for FactoryTalk MES in MPX to lead a team of 3–4, define growth strategy, and accelerate portfolio transformation. The role reports to the VP/GM and supports a hybrid work model from Milwaukee HQ or Mayfield Heights, OH.

The position emphasizes portfolio leadership, customer-centric strategy, and collaboration across Sales, Industry Management, Engineering, and Lifecycle Services to drive adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software or related fields.
• Experience executing long-term product, platform, and portfolio strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Management organization with accountability for strategy, execution, and results.
• Oversee portfolio growth, profitability, and recurring revenue expansion.
• Define and accelerate the growth of FactoryTalk MES portfolio through strategy and transformation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Industry Management, engineering, and lifecycle services to drive adoption and value realization.
