Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a single-site warehouse and manufacturing floor in Honolulu, with full accountability for logistics, inventory control, and local production. The role is 100% on-site and non-exempt, paying hourly with overtime eligibility.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in warehousing or manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP skills, and hands-on forklift experience. You’ll coach 10–20 hourly staff and implement Lean/5S to improve efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing/production.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Heavy experience with ERP/MRP systems and on-floor barcoding/scanning devices.
• Hands-on mindset with forklift operation when needed.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete floors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stable tenure with a track record of improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise an on-site warehouse and production crew of 10–20 hourly employees.
• Lead Lean and 5S initiatives to optimize layout and workflows.
• Maintain strict data discipline by tracking inventory and labor metrics.
• Oversee maintenance and use of floor machinery and forklifts.
• Ensure safety and accountability across the team.
