Qualifications

• Must hold an active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with current national certification and state APRN licensure.
• Experience administering vaccines and providing vaccine counseling.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant clinical experience.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• BLS certification and ability to perform CPR/AED.
• May require bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) depending on market.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family-based evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Open/close clinic, manage inventory, follow up with patients, verify insurance and process payments.
• Schedule patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients and coordinate diagnostic tests.
• Encourage patient participation in preventive care and wellness programs.
