Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, and management.
- Immunizations and vaccines administration and counseling.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
- Handle clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-ups, and insurance verification.
- Manage patient appointments and routine exams to promote positive health outcomes.
- Discuss healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for a comprehensive plan of care.
- Encourage patient participation in health screenings and wellness programs.
