CVS Health’s MinuteClinic seeks an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic primary and family care in a fast-paced clinic setting. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a range of health issues while coordinating with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Order and administer immunizations and vaccines and provide counseling.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience.
• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish may be required depending on market.
• BLS certification including CPR and AED.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care including health problem management and counseling.
• Handle clinic operations: opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payments, clean environment.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive outcomes.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate with other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Encourage patient participation in health screenings and chronic condition management.
