Qualifications

• Minimum one year of NP experience preferred; new graduates considered
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment
• Active BLS (CPR/AED)
• Ability to pass respirator FIT test

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Complete administrative duties such as inventory management and patient follow-up
• Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations
• Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other clinicians
• Promote patient engagement through screenings and chronic disease management
