Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide foot and lower-extremity care in long-term care and senior living communities across Wisconsin. You will assess, diagnose, and manage common conditions with autonomy, while collaborating with facility staff and adhering to Wisconsin APRN requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification through an applicable certifying body (AANP/ANCC).
• Active RN license and ability to obtain Wisconsin RN/APRN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and lower-extremity focused care in long-term care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage common podiatry-related conditions.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other professionals for patient-centered care.
