Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a systems validation engineer to support the development, validation, and testing of autonomous mining and haulage systems.

You will plan and execute validation activities for MineStar products, create test plans, investigate issues, and collaborate with software, hardware, and field teams to ensure release readiness. Candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering or CS and 3+ years in validation, with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in systems engineering, testing, validation, or integration.
• Experience with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems or industrial automation.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation plans, test procedures, and cases for autonomous mining systems.
• Perform system-level testing of vehicle and fleet management features.
• Analyze results, identify defects, support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and product engineering to verify fixes.
• Support field testing and customer-focused validation activities.
• Ensure products meet quality, performance, safety requirements before release.
