Job summary

Rose International is seeking a MineStar Controller to support CfH Development and Validation for autonomous operation. You will implement MineStar Command, collaborate with internal and external teams, and advise Truck Engineers on system performance and uptime.

Responsibilities include planning validation activities, creating test plans, analyzing MineStar data, and contributing to QA/QC in a hot, dusty mining environment at a remote site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum.
• Experience in test or development of control systems, vehicles, engines, or autonomy technologies.
• 5–7 years of experience; 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Internships count as job experience and hands-on project work is acceptable.
• Background in vehicle test or validation using company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implement MineStar Command and maximize system performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to advise development projects.
• Support Truck Engineers in MineStar system performance and uptime.
• Provide technical support to Engineers and junior Controllers.
• Support hardware/software installation and QA/QC processes.
• Measure, benchmark, and report MineStar Command performance; identify improvements.
• Develop training and process materials.
• Identify, document, and report issues.
• Plan, develop, and execute MineStar validation activities.
• Create test plans, procedures, and validation reports for product readiness.
• Validate MineStar functionality across proving grounds.
• Troubleshoot complex software and system issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product groups, validation teams, field engineers, and support teams.
