Job summary

Harvey Nash Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer 3 (2nd shift) for Green Valley, AZ. You will support MineStar Command for Hauling development and validation and other testing related to autonomous operation.

Responsibilities include planning and executing validation activities, creating test plans and reports, and troubleshooting complex systems with engineering teams. Travel 0–25%; export control requirements apply.

Qualifications

5–7 years experience; 3 years with Masters.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience in test or development of control systems.
Internships accepted; hands-on project work (e.g., SAE) counts.
Background in vehicle test/validation of company-made equipment.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute validation activities for MineStar products and features.
Create test plans, test procedures, and validation reports for product development and release readiness.
Validate MineStar functionality across proving ground and troubleshoot complex issues.
Investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, and document software and system issues.
Partner with development teams to identify root causes and verify corrective actions.
Support integration testing involving onboard machine systems, MineStar applications, network infrastructure.
