Job summary

With coaching, you will follow AM/PM maintenance standards to keep lines safe, compliant, and productive, delivering quality products and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand for long periods; 12-hour shifts.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment following autonomous and progressive maintenance standards with coaching.
• Adhere to safety and quality processes; ensure GMP compliance.
• Support a safe, productive production environment and report losses.
