You will execute standard work, participate in PM and AM routines under supervision, report losses, and collaborate with a diverse team across shifts to meet production goals and sustain our high performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards while operating equipment.
• Reading and writing, fluent in site language as appropriate.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain processing equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards.
• Execute standard work on equipment and report losses or inefficiencies.
• Support safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets on the line.
