Job summary

Mondelēz International Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain equipment on day or night shifts, following AM/PM standards to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage parts handling, inventory and basic ERP/CMMS tasks, and uphold strict safety and cleanliness. Requires a High School diploma and at least 2 years in maintenance; competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance, MRO, or Warehouse/Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with maintenance practices and parts knowledge.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed.
• Receive shipments from vendors, verify packing slips/invoices for accuracy.
• Directly issue parts to open work orders or place parts in the proper location.
• Barcode all inventory parts for usage tracking.
• Conduct continuous cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
• Assist maintenance staff and in identifying areas for improvement.
