Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an Autonomous Maintenance Leader (Assembly Manufacturing) to lead and develop process technicians, strengthening autonomous maintenance practices and TPM execution on the line.

You will standardize maintenance routines, train teams, improve OEE, reliability, and quality in an assembly environment, and collaborate with safety, maintenance, engineering, and quality to drive continuous improvement at the Springfield, Tennessee site.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching in maintenance or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, and autonomous maintenance.
• Experience improving OEE, reliability, and quality in assembly environments.
• Ability to standardize work processes and train technical teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technicians to strengthen autonomous maintenance.
• Standardize autonomous maintenance processes and preventive maintenance routines.
• Deliver TPM execution and technical training to build site capability.
• Manage workforce planning for effective coverage and readiness.
• Collaborate with safety, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Support sustainable operations by improving reliability and performance of assembly equipment.
