Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging equipment, supervise technicians, and coordinate CMMS work orders to maximize uptime and quality.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to support growth while maintaining a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in maintenance operations within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for industrial equipment.
• Working experience with CMMS work order management.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Skilled coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging equipment.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Manage work orders using a CMMS.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work as needed.
• Drive root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to support business growth.
• Champion workplace safety and build a culture of accountability on the plant floor.
