Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking an Autonomous Maintenance Leader in Springfield, TN. This role focuses on leading the Process Technicians in assembly operations, implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management practices.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and production data.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Process Technicians for assembly operations.
Standardize the autonomous maintenance program and preventive maintenance routines.
Develop and deliver training programs for skill development.
Manage workforce planning and onboarding of Process Technicians.
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
