Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed mental health clinicians in California to join a clinician-led, autonomous team. This W-2 role includes medical, dental and vision benefits, base salary with monthly bonuses, and flexible, hybrid work options.

You will diagnose and treat clients, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with clinical leaders, and participate in outreach and referrals while using NextGen EHR to document care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after you have become fully licensed.
• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (license based on office location).
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
• Superb organizational skills and strong communication.
• Electronic Health Record proficiency; NextGen familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
