Clinicians work within collaborative teams, using innovative technology and coordinated care to improve outcomes and access. Licensure in California is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and licensed clinician.
• Active LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license required.
• Minimum 12 months clinical setting after licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork; proficient with EHRs (NextGen).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with individualized plans.
• Meet regularly with patients to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Coordinate care with families and other clinicians as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership for case consultations.
