Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial sales experience.
• Background as an Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Outside Sales Representative, Technical Sales Representative, Territory Manager, or similar role.
• Experience selling industrial products, fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, bearings, motion control, automation, MRO, or related solutions.
• Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers across manufacturing and industrial markets
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions involving fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, motion control, automation, and related industrial products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and purchasing teams
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and product specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop strategic territory plans to drive long-term growth and profitability
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
