Concordia Hospice Of Washington seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering personalized end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, and family support.

As an RN you will assess patient needs, manage symptoms, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families about care options and decisions. You’ll enjoy autonomy with a flexible schedule while adhering to our mission of respectful, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in palliative, hospice, or oncology.
• Excellent communication and family education skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient needs across physical, emotional, and spiritual domains with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide expert symptom management, pain control, and comfort to improve quality of life.
• Educate and support families about disease, options, and end-of-life decisions.
