Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice/palliative care.
• Excellent communication and empathetic, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Symptom management including pain, nausea, fatigue, and breathlessness.
• Develop and implement care plans and medication management.
• Coordinate care among healthcare professionals and educate patients and families.
• Educate patients and families about illness, treatment options, and expected progression.
