Job summary

Concordia Hospice Of Washington is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering comfort-focused, patient-centered end-of-life care to individuals and families. You will assess needs, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy and flexible scheduling.

A minimum of two years' nursing experience, preferably in palliative/hospice care, is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in palliative care, hospice, or oncology.
• Experience delivering end-of-life care with compassion and empathy.
• Ability to educate and support families throughout the disease process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, comfort-focused care to patients and families.
• Assess and manage physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate families about disease processes, care options, and end-of-life decisions, providing emotional support.
