Concordia Hospice Of Washington is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering comfort-focused, patient-centered end-of-life care to individuals and families. You will assess needs, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy and flexible scheduling.
A minimum of two years' nursing experience, preferably in palliative/hospice care, is required.
Are you a Registered Nurse who believes in the power of comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to end-of-life care? Concordia Hospice Of Washington is seeking a dedicated and personable Hospice RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families during this significant time in their lives.
The roots of our organization can be traced back to Rev. Dr. J. E. Victor Carlson, who helped create Hospice Care Inc. in Greene County in the late 1970s to serve families dealing with end-of-life illnesses. In 1996, the program was combined with The Washington Hospital, opening opportunities for inpatient care and other new services. On July 1, 2016, Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System (previously The Washington Hospital) partnered to form the organization we are today.
To serve our aging community with a continuum of high-quality caregiving options, provided in a Christian environment, and to serve those with limited funds to the best of our ability.
Respect. Dignity. Compassion. Our Mission, Your Future! EOE
