Job summary

Advantage Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in Albuquerque to provide in-home nursing care. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with physicians on initial care plans, and monitor outcomes as part of agency CQI efforts.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate Home Health Aides and LPNs, and respond to after-hours needs, holidays, and weekends to ensure continuous patient support and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license for the state of assignment.
• CPR certification current.
• Certified under Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using current technology and practices.
• Communicate with physician to decide initial plan of care.
• Participate in clinical outcomes monitoring and CQI initiatives.
• Spend time with patients to make a difference in their lives.
• Lead and educate Home Health Aides and LPNs in nursing services.
• Provide timely response to after-hours/weekend/holiday requests.
