You'll provide autonomous yet supported care within assigned geographic areas, documenting progress and collaborating with the care team. Per diem or pay-per-visit options are available, with mileage reimbursement and devices for EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient's functional abilities and establishes a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Implements treatment plans with consideration to patient-specific needs and safety.
• Documents progress and communicates results to physicians and care team.
• Supervises and delegates tasks to PT staff and students as appropriate.
• Ensures adherence to department policies and regulatory standards.
