Job summary

Amedisys Home Health in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients move, regain function and recover at home. You’ll conduct assessments, provide interventions, reexaminations every 30 days, and plan discharges while coordinating with care teams.

You must hold a state license, graduate CAPTE-accredited program, have at least one year of home health PT experience (or regional approval for less), and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• One year of PT experience in home health preferred; if less, regional leadership approval and mentoring are required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days, modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
