The role emphasizes on-site implementation, customer collaboration, and technical leadership to ensure safe, efficient autonomous operations. You will work closely with customers, dealers, and Caterpillar experts to optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in autonomous hauling solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in mining or quarry technologies and hands-on experience with MineStar Command for Hauling in operational environments.
• Field support experience providing on-site service and solutions in mining or industrial settings.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of MineStar Command for Hauling at customer quarry sites, ensuring readiness and go-live.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and on-site teams.
• Manage integration of onboard and offboard systems to ensure reliable fleet performance.
• Monitor system performance, analyze data, and drive improvements for safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with Caterpillar engineering and product teams to resolve challenges and influence future features.
