Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Autonomous Hauling Technology Consultant to lead the deployment and optimization of MineStar Command for Hauling at quarry sites in North America. You will work with customers, Caterpillar dealers, and engineers to ensure safe, reliable autonomous operations.

This role focuses on technical leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, located primarily in Phoenix, AZ with travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering.
• Experience implementing or supporting MineStar Command for Hauling in operational environments.
• Strong field support background in mining or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of MineStar Command for Hauling at customer sites to meet safety, productivity and operational targets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer teams on system performance and fleet optimization.
• Monitor system performance using logs and telemetry to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
