Job summary

Solidus Resources, LLC is seeking a Command Operator/Controller for on-site duties at the Lovelock, NV mine. You will manage CAT MineStar Command for Hauling and autonomous fleet operations from the control room, directing trucks, cycles, and responses to alarms to deliver the shift plan.

You will work with the mine operations team to optimize production, monitor system health, and intervene in real time to maintain safety and reliability in a challenging open-pit environment.

Qualifications

• Set the health and safety culture within control operations.
• Comply with and adhere to all company policies, regulations and procedures.
• Report autonomy-related incidents promptly and participate in safety meetings.
• Never override a safety fault; restart only per the authorization matrix.

Responsibilities

• Execute the plan in real time and manage truck assignments to achieve shift goals.
• Monitor and adjust assignments, queues and blend targets to keep fleet in cycle.
• Authorize AOZ entries and ensure LOADS procedure is followed.
• Conduct hourly intervention checks and escalate system issues.
• Manage reassignments, delay codes and production adjustments through the shift.
• Make timely decisions to stop autonomous trucks or change operating mode per alarms and OEM codes.
• Log root causes and maintain shift-handover accuracy per Time Use model.
