Job summary

Discovery at Home in Sarasota County, FL is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for Home Health assignments at the Discovery Commons South Biscayne and Aston Gardens Pelican Point campuses. Full-time preferred, with part-time and PRN options; sponsorship for work in the United States is welcome; new graduates receive dedicated mentorship.

You will work primarily in assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits; the geriatric population is served under Medicare Home Health.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in assisted and independent living communities with some home visits.
• Manage caseload and daily scheduling with autonomy.
• Comply with Florida AHCA requirements and background screening.
