Discovery at Home is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to serve the Discovery Commons South Biscayne and Aston Gardens Pelican Point campuses in Sarasota County, Florida. The role focuses on geriatric patients in assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits.

You will determine your own daily schedule within a largely autonomous caseload, working Monday through Friday 6:00am–6:00pm (weekends optional). Florida licensure and CCC-SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and Florida state licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment and treatment for geriatric patients in assisted living, independent living communities, and home visits as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language pathology treatment plans.
• Coordinate with care teams and ensure compliance with Medicare Part A/B requirements.
