Discovery at Home is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to serve Naples, Florida, across Discovery Village Naples and Aston Gardens Pelican Marsh. Full-time preferred; Part-time and PRN also considered. Eligible for sponsorship welcomed, with potential mentorship for new grads.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Florida state licensure as a PTA.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT assistant services in assisted and independent living communities.
• Occasional home visits within the community.
• Maintain caseload autonomy and schedule with patients.
• Supported by Medicare Part A Home Health and Part B where applicable.
