AutoNation Inc is seeking a Fleet Service Manager – Autonomous Vehicles to lead a large team of technicians maintaining a growing robotaxi fleet in the United States. You will exceed operating objectives, control costs, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to client service excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle repair or fleet operations management.
• Experience leading 25+ vehicle technicians.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with multi-project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with partners, vendors, or large accounts.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of up to 10 direct reports and ~150 indirect reports.
• Set priorities, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in fleet maintenance.
• Collaborate with client leadership to align goals and strategies.
• Ensure timely work orders, SOP compliance, and safety standards.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with HR, Finance, Training, and Field Ops.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews and business updates.
