Jobot is seeking a seasoned Field Superintendent in Denver to lead daily field operations on retail, restaurant, banking, and tenant-improvement projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety, and mentor junior field staff.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior superintendent experience.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, banking, healthcare, or other commercial projects.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work & ground up.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage a range of complex commercial projects, including retail, restaurant, banking and financial, and other technical tenant improvement work.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
