Pivotal Placement Services is seeking a Field Case Manager RN for a permanent full-time role in California. The nurse will have autonomy over their caseload and coordinate medical care with injured workers, treating providers, employers, and insurers to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Required: CA RN license, 2+ years nursing, home health experience, valid driver’s license with CA auto insurance, MS Office proficiency, flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and home office equipment provided.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required.
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience.
• Prior home health experience.
• Valid driver’s license and CA auto insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Field Case Managers evaluate, meet and coordinate medical care with injured workers, treating providers, therapists, employer, and insurance carrier.
• Coordinate and manage caseload to achieve positive outcomes for patients and stakeholders.
• Maintain timely communication and documentation with all parties.
