Job summary

Pivotal Placement Services, Inc is seeking a Field Case Manager in California to join a growing nationwide workforce solutions firm. The role centers on coordinating medical care for injured workers, aligning providers, employers, and insurers to deliver results.

You will have autonomy over your caseload and must hold a CA RN license with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience and a background in home health.

Qualifications

• Must have California RN license.
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in home health.
• Valid driver's license and CA auto insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Field Case Manager evaluates, meets and coordinates medical care with injured workers' providers, therapists, employer, and insurance carrier.
• Coordinate care to achieve timely, quality outcomes for injured workers.
• Maintain autonomy over caseload and document case progress.

Job description

We are looking for a field case manager with a growing Case Management Company. This permanent full-time opportunity allows the nurse much more autonomy with their caseload with the ability to bonus. We are looking for highly skilled, self-motivated, registered nurses (RN) who have experience with workers’ compensation nurse case management. Field Case Managers evaluate, meet and coordinate medical care with the injured workers treating providers, therapists, employer, and insurance carrier for results that make a difference.

Requirements

• CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience
• Prior home health experience
• Valid Driver & License and CA Auto Insurance
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
