Qualifications

One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing
Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care including pregnancy and STI counseling
Ability to order/administer vaccines (COVID-19, influenza, TB tests, etc.)
DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment
Active BLS certification and respirator FIT test

Responsibilities

Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
Engage patients in wellness and chronic disease management
Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, billing and insurance verification
