Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a MinuteClinic role in Denville, NJ. This clinic-based position delivers primary and family care with in-person and virtual visits, supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Applicants must have a Master’s in Family Nurse Practice, current national board certification (AANP/ANCC), and an active unrestricted FNP license. DOT, BLS, and multi-state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license in good standing.
• Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure as required.
• Holistic, evidence-based care including counseling on prevention.
• Ability to order vaccines and injections (COVID-19, flu, TB, etc.).
• DOT certification due within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required by market.
• BLS certification currently active.
• Physical presence at the clinic is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care with assessment and management.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and treat injuries/illnesses.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness, chronic disease management, and screenings.
• Complete clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payments.
• Support a safe care environment with routine exams and timely appointments.
