- Master’s degree as Family Nurse Practitioner and national board certification.
- Active, unrestricted APRN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and family care including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
- Coordinate care with other professionals and perform essential clinic operations.
