Job summary

Healing Roots Medicine in Bend, Oregon seeks a Nurse Practitioner for integrative primary care on a part-time basis. The role offers independence, long patient visits, and a clear compensation model combining a base salary with a share of collections.

Clinicians enjoy autonomy within a small, provider-owned practice and a supportive team. You will deliver full-spectrum primary care for varied populations, manage prescriptions, and engage in hormone replacement and functional medicine approaches

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Oregon NP license with prescriptive authority, or eligibility to obtain one, plus DEA registration.
• National certification in family nurse practitioner
• Willingness to learn functional and integrative approaches, and to keep learning
• Comfort working autonomously while genuinely enjoying a small team

Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum primary care for commercially insured, Medicare, and Medicaid populations.
• Prescription management and women’s/men’s health, pediatrics, and mental health care.
• Bioidentical hormone replacement and autoimmune screening/thyroid management.
• Weight management, GLP-1 therapy, and ordering/interpreting advanced imaging/tests.
