Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• FNP-C or FNP-BC certification.
• Eligible for independent practice per state regulations.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including health maintenance and preventive care.
• Perform physical exams, assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice and state regulations.
• Coordinate care with specialists and community resources as needed.
• Develop long-term, trusting relationships with patients and families.
