UAB Medicine is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the Division of Community Anesthesia. The role supports anesthesia services at UAB St.

Vincent’s East campus with flexi/PRN shifts, enabling flexible coverage for diverse surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program, hold an Alabama CRNA license, and maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program is required.
• Alabama CRNA license is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
